Galway Energy Summit 2019

The Galway Energy Summit (GES) was founded in 2018 and is Ireland’s only  student and youth  inspired energy summit. This event provides a unique opportunity  by connecting academia, community, industry and government. GES creates a space for all to discuss and debate sustainability, technology, climate change and innovation. Last year, the event attracted over 500 delegates and partnered with 20  companies and organisations which included  ESB, Crowley Carbon, Jaguar Land Rover, and Accenture. These companies and organisations had a first-hand opportunity to connect with all of the delegates, engaging in meaningful discussion and promoting job opportunities in the industry. In 2019, GES will be hosted in NUIG on Tuesday the 12th of March. The theme for the event will be “Changing for our climate” with an additional focus on the role of technology in shaping the way to a sustainable energy future.

We invite you to join us on the 12th of March.
